I'm having a frustrating issue in my current Total War: Warhammer 2 campaign. My normally dependable frontline troops, like Chosen Swordsmen for Chaos, seem to be routing far too easily in battle. Even against weaker enemy units, they'll break and flee after taking a bit of punishment. I'm playing on Normal difficulty. My army is balanced with a mix of frontline infantry, ranged units, and cavalry. My general and heroes have decent leadership auras, but it doesn't seem to be enough. I'm not using any specific morale-boosting items or magic in this particular battle. I'm attempting to flank enemy units whenever possible, but my frontline still seems to crumble before I can exploit these opportunities. I'm micromanaging my frontline to focus fire and minimize casualties, but it's a constant struggle. Does anyone have any suggestions for what might be causing this and how I can improve my frontline's staying power?
