    Default how to make the system log file stay after a chrash it deletes itself

    I have an error where I when the game crashes the log deletes itself

    running on steam and windows 10

    how to make it stay?

    the preferences file is set to read only of both MOS 1.7 as well as vanilla

    I have no idea what else to do so I would love any help

    The log gets overwritten\newly generated when the game exits\crashes and should be available to you. I have however come across cases where logs do not get written if you define a custom folder or name in the mod's CFG file - I have since returned to using the default path and name with the trace option in my mods.

    now I was able to fix and re-publish a mod
