No Diplomacy Without Emissaries or Relations Mod for all vanilla campaigns of Total War: Rome II
aims to make the diplomatic system more like the diplomacy of old Total War games.
It disables diplomacy where there are no diplomatic relations and no available emissaries (generals or dignitaries).
The project is currently an Alpha and it was released for public testing - try it and see what you think!
