This version will hopefully fix things for Kingdoms .world files. It has the fix to include
the GateHouse but it also fixes the scrambling of the columns in Table 2. It puts the
data in the same order as the vanilla files when it writes out the _textrep.txt file. It rescrambles
the data back into the order Kingdoms expects when it writes the binary _modified .world file.
This way the interpretation of Table 2 data follows what Argantonio has already shown us,
AND I don't have to change any other methods or classes to deal with Kingdoms file.
