A collection of modelling and animation utilities in a single interface. Also
included is an updated ms3dImportExport.ms script for Gmax and 3ds Max
users which can work with the different way animation data is stored in
the .ms3d files.
New features: RTW battle .cas file to .ms3d format converter, banner .mesh
file converters, two utilities for speeding up or slowing down animations,
a merge with external skeleton function, and a utility to fix lighting seams.

(This is added to correct a naming problem with importing the library.
